Vscreen endeavours to deliver fast and accurate streaming of media, naturally the recipient’s computer speed and connection will vary, this may affect replay capabilities.  In the case of a malfunction by our server that is beyond our control and we are unable to screen for a short period of time, additional screening time will be allocated accordingly.
Every effort will be made to keep the quality of production and streaming to a high standard, remember the quality of your material reflects the quality of yours and our service.
We have right of refusal for any material supplied to us, this includes any message that we deem not suitable for vscreen screening.
Unless stated, generally all prices mentioned, do not include GST. Quoted prices are for production as briefed by client and agreed by vscreen, any variation will incur additional fees.
Production will be discussed prior to shoot day. Final script / outline will be documented, checked, approved and signed by the client.
All logos (high resolution) to be supplied by the client prior to shoot.  Vscreen can format graphics for the edit and create additional ‘type’ information as required.
Turnaround is approximately 36-48 hours after the shoot, a vscreen approval video will be posted within the vscreen client log in page, on approval we encode and post the final vscreen video for general viewing.
Weekend shooting would attract a $100 loading per location.
Where clients are speaking on camera, we recommend that you prepare for your vscreen recording, learn your words and wear something that a radio microphone can easily be attached.  It's better to have minimal people at the shoot, less distractions for you.   Real Estate companies are asked to keep vendors clear.  All mobile phones should be turned off during recording.
City crews - travel time will be charged for any shoot 25km from the GPO ($100 hr … there and back).  We do have a crew based in the Adelaide Hills, travel time can be negotiated.
Generally we will cancel and re-book without penalty, however a $200 fee would apply if cancellation were made on the day 1-4 hours prior. This fee also applies if the job is cancelled within 24 hours of shoot and not re-booked.  Please be punctual, we're sure you wouldn't want us to delay other clients.  30 minutes late, we may have to move on and our $200 cancellation re-booking fee would apply.
All local area / surrounding footage gathered on the day belongs to vscreen. All rough, unedited, initial, unfinished, draft, partial or related footage also remains the property of vscreen. The client has full rights to distribute the final edited video.
Vscreen retains the right to utilise all produced media for our own promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed to for a specific project.
It is the clients / sender’s responsibility to ensure that all vscreen video messages and associated emails comply with regulations set out by the Australian Government Spam Act.  All recipients must have the understanding that they have agreed, either verbally, by mail or over the Internet to receive information from the sender.  This includes any copy or video format of the media produced by vscreen including DVD, mms, wmv, mpg or mov files.
Vscreen takes no responsibility for the distribution of messages and any visual or audio content of messages or web pages that the message is directed.
All information contained in a vscreen video should comply with standard Freetv regulations and any government regulations regarding the client’s industry.
Views and opinions expressed and statements made by any person or party in, on or in connection with the content of the services are not the views or opinions of vscreen and vscreen accepts no liability for any such content.
Vscreen will use its best efforts to produce and deliver it's services in a professional and timely manner.
Vscreen is not liable for loss of footage or audio-visual media, or visual/audio defects due to equipment malfunction or failure.
Vscreen is an embedded flash content and cannot be copied, if the client requires additional copies then extra fees would apply.
A deposit may be required; this is at the discretion of vscreen and will be discussed with the client prior to commencement of production. Unless by prior arrangement payment by bank transfer or cheque must be made within 14 days of invoice.  No credit card facilities available.

Failure to abide by these terms could see all material removed from the vscreen site.
These terms and conditions and all agreements between vscreen and our clients are governed by the Laws of South Australia.

These terms and conditions are subject to review and may be amended/updated by vscreen at our discretion.  It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have read and agreed to the current terms and conditions.
